End User License Agreement

1. License
Lucian Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this software on computers you own or control. What you make with it — recordings, loops, exports — is yours.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute this software, or remove its notices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows it despite this term.
3. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Lucian Labs keeps all rights not granted here.
4. Third-party components
Parts of this software are licensed by others under their own terms, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and fonts\ beside the app. Those terms apply to those parts.
5. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This software writes directly to your audio and files; there is no undo. Keep copies of anything you cannot lose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lucian Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, recordings or profits, arising from the use of this software.
7. Termination
This license ends if you break these terms. Then stop using the software and delete your copies.
8. Updates
Updates are covered by this agreement unless they come with their own.
9. Governing law
The laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
