Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of WaveLoop. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with WaveLoop, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@waveloop.app with your order number (included in your purchase confirmation email) and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle.

After a Refund

Your license key will be deactivated upon refund. Please uninstall WaveLoop from your machine.

Technical Issues

If WaveLoop is not functioning correctly on your system, please contact us before requesting a refund — many issues can be resolved quickly. Reach us at hello@waveloop.app.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for purchases made through the Mac App Store — those are handled directly by Apple.
