These Terms of Service govern your use of WaveLoop, a macOS audio application developed and sold by Elijah Lucian operating as Lucian Labs ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using WaveLoop, you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WaveLoop on computers you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the software or your license.
WaveLoop may be used for personal and commercial music production, live performance, and audio composition. There are no royalty obligations for music created using WaveLoop.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of WaveLoop. You may not create derivative works based on WaveLoop without written permission.
Updates to WaveLoop for the current major version (v1.x) are provided at no additional cost. Future major version upgrades may be offered at a separate price.
WaveLoop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of WaveLoop is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucian Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WaveLoop, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WaveLoop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
